      <title>Pendahuluan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-12">Pengadilan Agama merupakan pengadilan tingkat pertama yang bertugas dan berwenang untuk memeriksa, memutus dan menyelesaikan perkara-perkara ditingkat pertama antara orang-orang yang beragama islam di beberapa bidang seperti pernikahan, kewarisan, perjanjian, pemberian, waqaf dan <italic id="_italic-12">shadaqah </italic>yang dilakukan atas dasar hukum islam, yang sebagaimana sudah disusun pada Pasal 49 Undang-Undang Nomor 50 Tahun 2010.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-13">Pengadilan Agama Bangil mempunyai visi yakniiterwujudnya Pengadilan Agama Bangil yang agung serta misi menjaga kemandirian aparatur Pengadilan Agama, meningkatkan nilai jasa hukum yang berkeadilan, kredibel dan transparan, menciptakan kesatuan hukum sehingga diperoleh kepastian hukum untuk masyarakat serta meningkatkan pemeriksaan dan pembinaan. Dalam rangka mewujudkan visi dan misi tersebut, diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas untuk tingkat Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) terhadap organisasi agar dapat terjaga dengan baik sebagai bentuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik di bidang peradilan untuk masyarakat yang mencari keadilan [1].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-14">Kinerja pegawai dapat diukur berdasarkan pencapaian target kerja yang sebagaimana sudah ditetapkan. Capaian kinerja sasaran digunakan sebagai media evaluasi setiap keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan dalam usaha memenuhi target yang ada serta sebagai dorongan peningkatan kinerja kedepannya. Kinerja pegawaiimerupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan instansi maupun perusahaan. Kinerja pegawai mempunyai peran penting bagi sebuah organisasi seperti Pengadilan Agama Bangil yang lebih menekankan pelayanan publik. Namun, kinerja pegawai juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi yang mulai sedikit luntur karena keterbatasan komunikasi antar rekan pegawai selama masa pandemi berlangsung [2].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-15">Budaya organisasi merupakan sekumpulan tradisi, nilai dan keyakinan bersama sebagai pedoman dan aturan perilaku bagi seluruh anggota organisasi yang dijadikan identitas dan pembeda dari organisasi lain. Dalam hal ini, pelayanan yang diberikan kepada publik merupakan bentuk <italic id="_italic-13">output </italic>yang dilakukan oleh pegawai yang berada dalam organisasi. Dengan adanya interaksiiantar pegawai maupun dengan publik, maka akan memupuk budaya organisasi yang baik. Pelayanan yang baik bukan lagi menjadi kewajiban melainkan sudah kebiasaan atau budaya [3].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-16">Faktor selanjutnya yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan cara pemimpin dalam mengarahkan dan mempengaruhi orang-orang yang di pimpinnya agar melakukan seperti yang diharapkan. Seorang pemimpin menjadi penentu sukses atau tidaknya tujuan yang diraih sebuah organisasi. Selain itu, pemimpin bisa mempengaruhi moral, kinerja, keamanan, serta tingkat prestasi sebuah organisasi. Maka dari itu pemimpin selalu menjadi pusat evaluasi sebagai gambaran terhadap keberhasilan suatu organisasi, serta diharapkan dapat memberikan kualitas untuk organisasi supaya terus berkembang [4].</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-17">Adapun faktor selanjutnya yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. Sebuah motivasi diperlukan sebagai salah satu indikator kinerja pegawai. Motivasi merupakan sebuah keinginan yang muncul dari dalam diri seseorang maupun individu karena terinspirasi dan terdorong untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan keihlasan, senang hati dan sungguh-sungguh sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan optimal [5]. Demi menciptakan pegawai dengan motivasi dan kinerja yang tinggi dibutuhkan juga peran yang besar dari seorang pemimpin organisasi, sebab pemimpin menjadi panutan sehingga perubahan harus diawali dari pangkat yang teratas (pemimpin). Seorang pegawai dengan motivasi yang tinggi diharapkan dapat menunjukkan kinerja yang maksimal [6].</p>

    <sec id="heading-f465c53df29dc7c9c0714aaa9a3252b8">
      <title>Metode Penelitian</title>
      <p id="heading-a6cf2c56979b4a38af49bfe8bd051e0c">Lokasi Penelitian</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-18">Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Bangil, Jalan Raya Raci, Kecamatan Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan.</p>
      <p id="paragraph-d793c49dcc9e62c3b7c168637500bfeb">Populasi dan Sampel</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-19">Populasi merupakan wilayah generalisasi yang terdiriidari obyek atau subyek yang memiliki kualitas dan karakteristik tertentu yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti untuk dipelajari dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan [7]. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Agama Bangil yang terdiri dari PNS dan staf honorer dan berjumlah 42 pegawai. Sampel merupakan bagian dari jumlah atau karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh populasi tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Agama Bangil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah <italic id="_italic-14">purposive sampling. Purposive sampling</italic> merupakan teknik penentuan sampel yang dilakukan dengan memilih subjek berdasarkan kriteria spesifik yang sudah ditetapkan oleh peneliti.</p>
      <p id="paragraph-9262b54930eaac60aed56fe2d8245242">Jenis dan Sumber Data</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-20">Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan cara survei dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan <italic id="_italic-15">software </italic>SPSS untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antar masing-masing variabel. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.</p>
      <p id="paragraph-29f254daea58a9bf4d8cb1f24c1433ad">Teknik Pengumpulan Data </p>
      <p id="_paragraph-21">Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responden di Pengadilan Agama Bangil.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-24">Berdasarkan tabel 1. menunjukkan bahwa jumlah responden yang memiliki beberapa kalangan usia yaitu 7 orang berusia rata-rata 20-30 tahun (16,7%), 11 orang berusia rata-rata 31-40 tahun (26,2%), 18 orang berusia rata-rata 41-50 tahun (42,9%) dan 6 orang berusia rata-rata 51-60 tahun (14,3%).</p>

          <p>Koefisien Budaya Organisasi (X<sub id="_subscript-19">1</sub>) mendapat nilai sebesar 0,231, menyatakan pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah positif. Yang artinya apabila variabel Budaya Organisasi mengalami peningkatan 1%, maka nilai Kinerja Pegawai akan naik sebesar 23,1% atau 0,231 dengan asumsi variabel bebas lainnya konstan.</p>

Yang artinya apabila variabel Budaya Organisasi mengalami peningkatan 1%, maka nilai Kinerja Pegawai akan naik sebesar 43,5% atau 0,435 dengan asumsi variabel bebas lainnya konstan.</p>

      <p id="_paragraph-81">Berdasarkan tabel 19. dapat dijelaskan bahwa :</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-82">Nilai t hitung budaya organisasi (X1) 2,221 &gt; t tabel 2,018 dan nilai sig adalah 0,032. Menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-83">Nilai t hitung gaya kepemimpinan (X2) 3,900 t tabel 2,018 dan nilai sig adalah 0,000. Menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p>
      <p id="_paragraph-84">Nilai t motivasi (X3) 3,113 &gt; t tabel 2,018 dan nilai sig adalah 0,004. Menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p>

        <title>Pembahasan</title>
        <p id="heading-54d372a2ddff45bb019eee1ee1f29fc2">Hipotesis Pertama </p>
        <p id="_paragraph-85">Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan nilai F hitung 38,567 &gt; nilai F tabel 2,85 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) terdapat pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperkuat teori dari Widodo (2017) mengemukakan bahwa budaya organisasi merupakan dasar organisasi yang berisi tentang keyakinan, norma serta nilai yang dijadikan pedoman atau pegangan pegawai dalam bekerja. Sehingga ketika seorang pegawai memahami dan menjadikan pedoman norma dan nilai organisasi tersebut, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh penelitian dari Dewia dan Wibowo (2020) yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif [8]. Dan penelitian lain dari Hasniar (2021) yang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1A Makassar.</p>
        <p id="paragraph-6fef27c20d6c88e6ce6bc82651b41746">Hipotesis Kedua </p>
        <p id="_paragraph-86">Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dari pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebagai berikut :</p>

        <p id="_paragraph-87">Hal ini diperkuat dari teori Schein (2014) mengatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara budaya organisasi dengan kepemimpinan [9]. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh penelitian dari Junaidi dan Susanti (2019) yang menyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaru positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Baltekkomdik Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat.</p>
        <p id="paragraph-eda1e243f9a3ee99fdc5619ccb061652">Hipotesis Ketiga</p>
        <p id="_paragraph-88">Berdasarkan hasil uji t masing-masing variabel yakni variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 2,221, variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 3,900 dan variabel motivasi sebesar 3,113. Apabila dibandingkan dari ketiga variabel, variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t hitung paling besar dari nilai t hitung variabel lainnya. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh paling signifikan diantara variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel motivasi. Hal ini didukung oleh penelitian dari Panjaitan (2017) yang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai [10]. Perhitungan uji analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi nilai <italic id="_italic-22">adjusted R Square </italic>sebesar 73,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan presentase pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 73,3%. Sedangkan sisanya (100%-73,3% = 26,7%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain.</p>
      </sec>
    </sec>
    <sec id="heading-716f623d28cfb2050468b7f5fcc83ba0">
      <title>Kesimpulan</title>
      <p id="_paragraph-89">Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan (bersama-sama) dan parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pengadilan Agama Bangil. Pada penelitian ini variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t hitung paling besar dari variabel budaya organsiasi dan variabel motivasi, yang artinya bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p>
